What we collect
When you send an enquiry or run a free tool, we store the details you enter (name, work email, company, website, target market, message, and the tool inputs) together with the time of submission and a hashed form of your IP address used only for abuse prevention and fair-use limits.
How we use it
We use enquiry details to reply to you and to prepare the audit you asked for. Tool inputs and results are stored so the report can be shared through its link and to review abuse. We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising.
Third-party processors
Free tools query third-party providers (a search data provider and the AI platforms you select). Only the inputs needed for the check are sent to them. Email notifications may be delivered through a transactional email provider.
Retention and your rights
You can ask us to correct or delete your enquiry or a tool report at any time by writing to the address on the contact page.
