What is AI visibility?

We measure it by asking each platform a fixed set of buyer prompts and recording every mention and citation, with the date and the evidence.

How do you measure mentions and citations?

A mention is your brand named in the answer text; a citation is your website listed as a source. We ask the same prompts on each platform, in each market, every month (weekly on Enterprise), and record both separately — together with the competitors named and the URLs cited. The prompt set stays fixed, so changes are comparable.

Access to your website or CMS (or a developer who can ship changes), your list of competitors and target markets, a short call about how buyers describe their problem, and someone who can approve content. Everything else — prompts, tracking, writing, schema, outreach — we handle.

Entity and brand-fact fixes typically show in answers within one to three months; content and citation work builds over three to six months. Each platform updates on its own schedule, so we report per platform and never promise a date.

No. AI platforms decide independently what to say and which sources to cite, and answers vary with wording, time, location and account context. We improve the signals they rely on and report observed mentions and citations every month — never guaranteed ones.

What is the difference between monthly and yearly pricing?

Starter ($799/month) and Growth ($1,299/month) each have a monthly price and a yearly price. The yearly price equals ten monthly payments — two months free — billed once a year. Monthly plans run month to month. Both include the same scope, platforms, prompts and reporting; prices are in USD. Enterprise is priced to your scope — get in touch.

No. We focus on AI answers — getting you mentioned and cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Copilot and Claude. Because AI platforms retrieve from the open web, our free Rank Checker shows whether the pages we want cited are findable in Google, but classic SEO programmes are not something we sell; we partner with or refer you to specialists for that.
